Job Details:

• Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS
• Trauma Level: Level 3
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Required Certifications:** WI RN License, BLS, ACLS **Preferred Certifications:** NIHSS **Minimum Experience:** 2 years; one travel assignment preferred (not required) **Charting Experience:** EPIC preferred **Required Education:** Associate Degree or Certificate **Preferred Education:** Bachelor's Degree
