Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Certified-CVOR Surgical Services Allied to take an assignment in Evansville, Indiana.

This assignment lasts 13 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 20, 2026.

- Needs ability to scrub Open Heart, TVAR's, Mitral Valves, vascular cases. - Ability to set up OR's efficiently and timely. - Assist where needed, which could include second scrubbing for robotic and orthopedic procedures. - Must be a graduate of accredited CST program. - Ability to take call with a 30 minute response time. - License/Certificate Verification required. - Must provide professional verification documents such as Ascension Profile, Ascension 2 Professional References, Driver's License/State ID. - Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Education Verification, and Employment Verification required for onboarding. - Various health histories and personal documentation required for onboarding such as MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Fit Test, and Health Statement.
