Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a MS/Tele RN to take an assignment in Garfield Heights, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 17, 2026.

Job Details:

- Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission or a Compact state license. - AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required. - Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. - One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required, with charge RN references accepted. - Two references required for submitting profiles, no co-worker references allowed. - Active certifications required with nothing pending. - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. - Nurses and CSTs exempt from Nicotine Free Facility requirements temporarily. - Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate with a maximum of 2 attempts. - Facility does not accept any license hits. - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract.
