Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Jackson, Tennessee.

**Required Certifications and Licenses:** - AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification - TN or compact license **Required Experience:** - Epic experience within the last 12 months - 1 year of MS/Tele experience **Preferred Experience:** - Travel experience - Previous charge experience - Community hospital experience **Skills and Qualifications:** - Neuro Stepdown - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias - IV insulin protocols - Procedural sedation administration/monitoring - Spinal cord and traumatic brain injury care - Ortho trauma and total joint replacement - MS/Tele and telemetry on-unit monitoring - Use of rapid response/code teams - Feeding tube care and management - Pre/Post hemodialysis management - Central line and peripheral line care/management - Starting and maintaining IVs and heparin protocols - BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance - Interpretation of arterial blood gases - Oxygen administration and non-invasive airway management - Tracheostomy care/management - Isolation precautions/PPE - Wound care/wound vac management **Other Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - No Exemptions - Epic experience required within the last 12 months and must pass a competency exam
