**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified - Years of Experience: At least 1 year required - Patient Ratio Experience: Not specified - Charting System Experience: Required, any system - Community Hospital Experience: Not specified - LTAC Experience: Not specified - Trauma Level I Experience: Not specified - Trauma Level II Experience: Not specified - Travel Experience Required: Not specified - Certifications: BLS **Skills:** - Med/Surg - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams - Peripheral Line Care/Management - Nasal Cannula - Non-invasive airway management - Oxygen administration - Oxygen tanks - Isolation Precautions/PPE **License:** - Valid State License: Compact license must be in hand at submission **References Required:** - 2 Supervisory References covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years, can include Charge RNs/Lead **Additional Requirements:** - Must include response to the following from the candidate with submission: Have you ever worked at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem? If yes, please include location and dates worked.
