Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a MS/Tele RN to take an assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 20, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year experience - Travel experience required, no first-time travelers - EPIC experience required - Acute Care Rehab experience preferred - Experience with Trauma Level II preferred - CVA, TBI, ABI, Spinal Cord Injury, Neurological dx experience preferred **Certifications:** - BLS Certification **Skills:** - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Medication reconciliation - Patient Health Questionnaire History Allergies - Vital Signs: Blood Pressure, Respirations, Temperature, Pulse - Dressing change, set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays - Capillary, labeling of specimens, throat, urine - UA clean catch, phlebotomy - Telephone triage, pharmacy calls/patient refill requests - MS/Tele skills required **Licensure:** - License in hand required with submission **Compliance Requirements:** - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines required, with exemptions for medical/religious reasons only - EKG exam required for all RNs, pass/fail with 2 attempts allowed **Additional Notes:** - Nurses may be required to float between all Cone Health campuses if needed - Local candidates not accepted (must be outside a 50 miles radius) - Compliance file required by 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date - Education must be verified through a third party; schools on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list are not accepted
