**Required Experience, Licensure, and Qualifications:** - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated - Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels - Required Certifications: BLS Certification **Other Requirements:** - Last four (4) digits of clinician's SSN - Clinician's middle initial - Requested time off **Educational Requirements:** - BSN Required: False **Other Notes:** - Charting System: EPIC - Care Setting: Acute - Division: Nursing - Shift Notes: 0700-1530, 5 x 8 hour shifts
