**Experience Requirements:** - At least one year of med/surg tele experience. - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred. **Licensure and Certifications:** - Must have TN or compact license. - Must have AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification. **Skills and Charting System:** - Must have Epic experience within the last 12 months, detailed on submission profile. - Skills include: Surgical Intensive Care Unit, ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Post Cardiac Surgery, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Sheath Removal, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), GI surgery, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Administration of chemotherapy, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, IV insulin protocols, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac/Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drain (EVD), Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, ICP monitoring, Post Neurosurgery management, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Assist with management of BiPAP, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac. **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Flu Vaccine: Required - No Exemptions. - Must pass a competency exam for EPIC experience.
