Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a CVICU RN to take an assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

**Required Experience, Certifications, and Skills:** - Minimum of 2 years of critical care (CC) experience. - No first-time travelers. - Must have CVICU experience or open-heart experience. - Skills: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD), Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Care of Ventilated Patient, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Isolation Precautions/PPE. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. **Preferred Skills and Experience:** - Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Ventilator Management. - Charting System Experience: Preferred (EPIC is most common). **Other Details:** - Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty. - NC or Compact license required at the time of start (pending OK for submission). - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. - Must have references from managers/supervisors within the past 12 months (highly preferred at submission). - Candidate must be comfortable floating based on job description with no restrictions or special requests. - Travelers cannot work more than 5 days in a row and/or more than 60 hours in a week.
