**Required Skills/Certifications/Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of experience - Unit will accept first-time travelers - MRI procedure experience: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Diffusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image Post-Processing, Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), Multiplanar Reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion, Peripheral Magnetic Resonance, Spectroscopy, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 & T-2 Weighted Images - Work setting experience: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, Community Hospital, Adult ICU - General setting experience: PACS, Contrast - Certifications: BLS, ARRT(R) or ARRT (MR) **Experience/Skills Required in Addition:** - Starting Peripheral IVs*, Adult Acute Care, Adult ICU, Adult Outpatient, ER/Trauma, Abdomen, Female Pelvis, Male Pelvis, Chest, GE, PACS, Brain, Face/soft tissue neck, Hip/bony pelvis, Knee, Shoulder, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Diffusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image post-processing (Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction), Maximum intensity projection (MIP), Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion, Peripheral Magnetic resonance angiography (Iliac, runoff), Spectroscopy, Spin Echo Images, Surface Coils, T-1 Weighted Images, T-2 Weighted Images, Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic, Visage (PACS) **License/Certifications:** - BLS, ARRT (R) or ARRT(MR)(R) - NC or Compact license pending OK for submission, required in hand at time of start **Other Requirements:** - Epic charting experience required - Community hospital experience required - Trauma Level I experience preferred - Patient age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics - Must be competent on Siemens (Avanto and Sola) and GE Premier equipment - Required references: Two manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months are highly preferred at time of submission - Candidates must be comfortable floating within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby based on skill sets and census **Additional Details:** - The ARRT credential must be either R.T. (R)(MR)(ARRT) or R.T. (MR)(ARRT) - Experience with the charting system: Epic - Flexible to other Novant locations, units, and shifts in the submission email.
