Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 17, 2026.

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - Must have 18 months of permanent experience in the Neuro Stepdown specialty applying for prior to travel assignments. - Must have 18 months of recent Neuro Stepdown experience (travel experience will suffice). - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand. **Preferred Experience:** - PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required. **Certifications Required:** - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications required. **Other Requirements:** - Traveler must work at least every other holiday. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate must be completed during orientation with an acceptable score on both assessments. - Minimum of one reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager (ANM), supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission. Non-supervisory references will not be considered. **Travel Compliance Notes:** - Nicotine free requirement applies to travelers aside from nurses and CSTs. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start, must be updated annually. - BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive and must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Working modules to be completed pre-start and annually, recorded via Silkroad. **Vaccine Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required; Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Flu Vaccine: Required; Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
