- Must be able to float to other medical/surgical, Telemetry, and Ortho units. - Credentials: Must have a nursing license verified through Nursys. - Required examinations and documentation for onboarding include a basic pharmacology exam, specialty exam, education verification, driver's license/state ID, OIG verification, drug screening (minimum 10-panel test), color-blind test, agency attestation, SAM/EPLS verification, resume with references, name verification affidavit (optional), COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, fit test, Hepatitis B, influenza vaccine, TB test, Varicella, Tdap, annual TB questionnaire, positive PPD-negative chest X-ray (optional), social security card, physical/health statement, core competencies exam, skills checklist, criminal background check, badge photo, employment eligibility verification (Form I-9), job description verification, essentials onboarding packet, onboarding education attestation. - Required credentials for submission: resume and two references. - Certifications and licenses must be verified through Nursys.
