- License: Nursys, License/Certificate Verification (required for submission) - Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision - Ability to work in a stressful environment - For Onboard requirements: Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension Color Vision, Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, Ascension Epic Test-Out, Professional onboarding requirements, Personal Health History documents (e.g., MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine), Professional Verification (e.g., Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, Education Verification, Employment Verification) - Nurse onboarding includes completion of specific checklists and tests (e.g., Ascension Unit Specific Checklist, Ascension Skills Checklist) - Must provide Ascension 2 Professional References, Criminal Background Check Results, and other documentation as part of the onboarding process.
