Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a MS/Tele RN to take an assignment in Wilmington, North Carolina.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

**Required Experience, Certifications, and Skills:** - Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years - Skills: MS/Tele, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams - Certs: BLS, ACLS - Charting System: Epic (Preferred) - NC or Compact license: Required in hand at time of start **Preferred Experience, Skills, and Certifications:** - Skills/Certs: NIHSS, IV insulin protocols, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Accessing Ports, Central line blood draw, Starting IVs, CVA, Pre/Post Neuro Surgery, Spinal cord injuries, Traumatic Brain injury, Ortho trauma, Total Joint Replacements, Wound Care/Wound Vac - Certifications: CPI*, NIHSSSkills **Other Information:** - Traveler Experience: NOT REQUIRED - Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes - Required to pass EKG Testing prior to start - May float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby - Two manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months are highly preferred at time of submission - Experience required in floating to other units based on skill sets and based on census - Fatigue Policy: Travelers cannot work more than 5 days in a row and/or more than 60 hours in a week **Patient and Unit Specifics:** - Patient Diagnoses: Any adult Medical/Surgical diagnoses - Special Procedures/Unit Details: Patients located within the Emergency Department waiting for an inpatient bed - Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics - Ratio's- MS/Tele- 1:6-1:7; PCU patients with 1:3-1:4 - Scheduled Orientation Hours: 12 **Submission and Compliance Details:** - Candidate must go into the lab within 48 hours after signing; testing must be completed within 48 hours - Modules are non-billable and must be completed pre-start and annually - References: Pending references at time of submission OK, required at time of start - Candidates are expected to be comfortable with all job description requirements, including floating with no restrictions or special requests
