The job description outlines various requirements related to onboarding credentials and professional verifications, which include: - License/Certificate Verification, which is both a certification and licensure requirement. - A series of personal health history checks for onboarding, including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and a Physical/Health Statement. - Professional forms and verifications required for onboarding, such as: - Trinity Code of Conduct Form - Trinity I9 - Trinity Confidentiality and System Security Agreement - Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form - Trinity Non-Employee Upload Form - Trinity Criminal Background Check - Trinity Education Verification - Trinity EPLS - Trinity GSA/OIG - Trinity NSO - Trinity System Access Form - Trinity Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training - Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form - Trinity Joint Commission Testing - Trinity Profile (required at submission rather than onboarding) - Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing - Trinity Skills Checklist - Trinity IA Sing Report - Trinity OFAC These credentials and verifications are crucial for the onboarding process but are not required at the submission stage, except for the Trinity Profile.
