The job description for the L&D RN night shift includes the following requirements related to licenses, certifications, and health history: - **Certifications:** License/Certificate Verification is required. - **Licenses:** License/Certificate Verification is required. Additionally, the job requires completion of various professional and health history verifications for onboarding, such as: - COVID-19 Vaccine - MMR - Fit Test - Hepatitis B - Influenza Vaccine - 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Varicella - Physical/Health Statement - Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen - Trinity Profile - Trinity Criminal Background Check - Trinity Education Verification - Trinity Code of Conduct Form - Trinity Speciality Specific Competency Testing - and others related to professional forms and security agreements. These must be completed for onboarding, even though they are not required for initial submission.
