- RN with IR experience preferred. - 2 years minimum experience. - Licenses/Certifications: ACLS & BLS. - Nursys Report within 30 days. - Charting system: Epic. - Professional credentials requirements: - Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam. - Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening. - Driver's License/State ID. - Prime OIG. - Prime Agency Attestation. - Prime SAM/EPLS. - Prime Resume. - Prime Reference #1 & #2. - Prime Criminal Background Check. - Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification). - Prime Specialty Exam. - Prime COA. - Personal Health History requirements: - Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test). - Prime Color-blind test. - COVID-19 Vaccine. - MMR. - Fit Test. - Hepatitis B. - Influenza Vaccine. - TB Test. - Varicella. - Tdap. - Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray (optional). - Checklist/Testing requirements: - Prime Core Competencies Exam. - Prime Skills Checklist. - Certifications and Licenses: Nursys.
