Must be Manager or above - charge not accepted. **Other Requirements:** - Compliance: FULL compliance required to start on time. - Required Pre-Application Fee: $125 for CVOR First Assistant, OR Tech First Assistant, and RNFA. - Candidates must be available to submit core items and complete/schedule labs within 48 hours of signing the contract.
