Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

**Experience Required:** - 2 years of PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience. - Ability to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. - Traveler will be placed on a unit where the greatest need is, whether it is a PCU or Med/Surg/Tele unit based on the traveler's skills. - Accepts M/S or Stepdown RN with the same credentialing for both skills. **Credentials and Licensure:** - Driver's License/State ID - Nursys License - License/Certificate Verification **Professional References and Verification:** - Ascension Profile - Ascension 2 Professional References - Ascension Criminal Background Check Results - Ascension Education Verification - Ascension Confirmation of Assignment - Ascension Employment Verification - Ascension Skills Checklist - Ascension Specialty Exam - Ascension Core Competencies - Ascension Epic Test-Out **Personal Health History Requirements:** - MMR - Hepatitis B - Influenza Vaccine - 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Varicella - Tdap - Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen - Health Statement - Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire (Optional) - Ascension Color Vision **Optional Professional and Checklist/Testing:** - Hiring Manager Evaluation (Optional) - Ascension Name Change Document (Optional) - Ascension Unit Specific Checklist (Optional) **Certifications and Licensing:** - Nursys - License/Certificate Verification
