Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Neuro RN to take an assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 13, 2026.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12H Nights

**Experience and Skills:** - Must have level 1 trauma experience. - Must have previous travel experience (no first time travelers). - Must have prior experience working on a dedicated neuro unit. - Experience with heparin titrated drips based on PTT. **Certifications:** - Required: BLS (AHA), NIHSS. **Licensure:** - Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated. **Clinical Experience:** - Common diagnoses/Types of patients include stroke, spine surgery, seizure, brain tumor, head injury, and other neuroscience cases. - Nurses are required to titrate drips, particularly heparin. **Leadership/Support:** - Charge nurse is available 24/7 and a house supervisor is also present 24/7. Charge nurses do not take assignments unless there is a shortage. **Note:** - BSN is not required. **Other Requirements:** - Candidate must understand that OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and must produce a negative drug screen for all panels.
