The job description outlines various onboarding requirements, including a series of personal health history verifications (such as vaccines and health statements), professional forms and verifications (such as background checks and education verification), as well as specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklists. Additionally, a valid license or certification is required, as indicated by the need for license/certificate verification both for submission and onboarding. The shift consists of four 10-hour workdays.
