Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12H Nights
• Total Weekly Hours: 36
• Certifications: WI or Compact RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
• Trauma Level: Level 3
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum of 1 year of cardiac experience - 2 plus years of medical-surgical experience - At least 1 travel contract completed (preferred) - Short-term acute care hospital experience - Must be comfortable with rhythm interpretation - Familiar with routine cardiac care for patient populations such as open heart surgical, arrhythmia, chest pain, cardiac procedural patients, heart failure, acute MI, etc. - Strong cardio/heart care experience (1+ years needed) **Certifications:** - WI or Compact RN - AHA BLS - AHA ACLS - NIHSS **Licensure:** - WI or Compact RN licensure required **Charting Experience:** - Current Epic within the last 12 months **Education:** - Required: Associate Degree or Certificate - Preferred: Bachelor's Degree **Additional Requirements:** - Comfortable with patient ratios of 1:4-5 - Covid-19 Vaccine required unless a medical or religious exemption applies **Preferred Experience:** - Comfort with nurse-to-patient ratios and ICU experience if applicable **Attributes:** - Hard worker, resilient, manages change well, socially capable.
