Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Midland, Texas.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 20, 2026.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - Start date within the next 3-5 weeks preferred - Travel experience preferred - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified - Years of Experience: 2 - Charting System Experience: Preferred - Charting System Name: Cerner preferred - Travel Experience Required: Not specified - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Skills: - Post Cardiac Angiogram - Post MI - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath - Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery - TR Band - Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management - Titrate Cardiac drips - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) - Traumatic Brain injury - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Cardiac Telemetry - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Management of dysrhythmias - Telemetry - on the unit monitoring - Feeding tube care and management - Renal failure - Blood Product Administration - Central line care/management - Peripheral Line Care/Management - PICC line management - Starting and maintaining IVs - Heparin Protocols - Manage Cardiac drips- no titration - PCA - Surgical drains - Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac - BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Nasal Cannula - Oxygen administration - Oxygen tanks - Non-invasive airway management - Tracheostomy care/management - Isolation Precautions/PPE - Wound Care/Wound Vac **Certification & Licensure Requirements:** - Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start **Additional Requirements:** - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed - Local Radius: 50 miles - Local Rule: Not accepted - Hard document due date: 3 business days prior to start (may be flexible on a case-by-case basis if CL communicates pending docs/ETAs to facility contact by due date)
