Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.

**Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years experience required in Emergency Department (ED). First-time travelers are acceptable. - Previous Charge RN experience preferred. - Level II Trauma experience preferred. **Certifications:** - Mandatory: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale). - Preferred: CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course). **Skills:** - EPIC charting system experience required. - Skills related to Level I and II Trauma Centers, STEMI and Stroke Certified Facility. - Arterial line management, ICP monitoring, neuro-trauma, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, ortho trauma, triage, general emergency department, dysrhythmia interpretation, blood product administration, central line care, phlebotomy, IV management, sedation administration, CVA, head injury treatment, ventilator care, and isolation precautions. **Licensure:** - Current nursing license required at the time of submission. **Vaccinations:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. **Testing Requirements:** - All RNs must pass an EKG exam during compliance, with two attempts allowed. Note: Education verification through a third party is required. No education from schools listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list is accepted. Local Radius policy applies, with no locals accepted within 50 miles.
