**Required Experience:** - 2 years of PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience **Licensure and Certifications:** - Nursys License - License/Certificate Verification **Additional Experience and Skills:** - Ability to be placed on a unit with the greatest need, either PCU or Med/Surg/Tele, based on skills - M/S or Stepdown RN credentialing accepted - Willingness to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed **Other Requirements:** - Various personal health history documentation required for onboarding, including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and Health Statement - Professional documents required for submission or onboarding such as Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, Professional References, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, and Employment Verification - Specialized testing and checklist completions such as Skills Checklist, Specialty Exam, Core Competencies, EKG Exam, Epic Test-Out, and unit-specific checklist if needed **Optional Qualifications:** - Positive PPD-Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire - Hiring Manager Evaluation - Name Change Document - Ascension Unit Specific Checklist The position also involves various professional and onboarding requirements specific to Ascension.
