Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a X Ray Tech Radiology to take an assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Job Details:

- Required Certifications and Licenses: BLS, ARRT, Wisconsin License. - Experience Requirements: 3 years x-ray experience, fluoro and surgery experience, prior travel experience. - Preferred Skills: Proficiency with EPIC. - Additional Requirements: May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. - Submission and Onboarding Documentation: - For Submission: License/Certificate Verification, Driver's License/State ID, Ascension Profile, Ascension 2 Professional References. - For Onboarding: Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding, Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation, Personal Health History (MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Tdap), Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, Ascension Skills Checklist, Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen, Ascension Education Verification, Ascension Confirmation of Assignment, Ascension Employment Verification, Ascension Badge Photo, Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension Color Vision. - Optional Submission: Professional: Ascension Name Change Document, Hiring Manager Evaluation.
