Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Med surg RN to take an assignment in Mequon, Wisconsin.

**Experience and Skills:** - Telemetry background required (ability to read tele) - At least 2 years of medical/surgical experience - EPIC experience required **Licenses and Certifications:** - Nursys - License/Certificate Verification required **Additional Requirements:** - No artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short (1/4 inch) - May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed **Professional and Health Verification Requirements:** - Driver's License/State ID submission required - Various Personal Health History verifications required for onboarding (MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap) - Ascension profile submission required - Ascension professional references, criminal background check results, skills checklist, 12 panel drug screen, education verification, and employment verification required for onboarding - License/Certificate Verification submission required **Testing and Competency Requirements:** - Ascension EKG Exam, Epic Test-Out, and other specific Ascension competency checklists and exams required for onboarding
