The job description outlines several requirements and preferences regarding experience, licensure, skills, and qualifications: 1. **Licensure and Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - State of Wisconsin licensed - ARRT advanced IR certification 2. **Experience:** - EPIC and Siemens suite experience preferred 3. **Scheduling and Flexibility:** - Must be available for call based on department needs, currently every other weekend and shared Monday-Thursday call with a second tech. - Holidays rotate with regular staff. - May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. 4. **Credential Verification:** - License/Certificate Verification for submission required. - Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding and Education Attestation required for onboarding. 5. **Health and Safety Requirements:** - MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, 2 Step PPD or IGRA required for onboarding. - Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire optional for onboarding. - Fit Test and Health Statement required for onboarding. 6. **Professional Documentation:** - Driver's License/State ID required for submission. - Ascension Profile, 2 Professional References, and Criminal Background Check Results required. - Ascension Skills Checklist, 12 Panel Drug Screen, and Education Verification required for onboarding. - Name Change Document and Hiring Manager Evaluation are optional. - Ascension Badge Photo and Confirmation of Assignment required for onboarding.
