**Experience and Licensure:** - Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program - Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license **Certifications:** - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) **Education:** - As required by the State Board of Nursing **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) **Skills and Qualifications:** - Ability to perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments - Knowledge of pain management techniques - Ability to develop and implement a plan of care - Skills in medication administration and patient safety - Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team - Understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan - Ability to assist physicians with procedures - Proficient in using medical equipment and technology - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt and function under stress - Capability to perform treatments and provide services within scope of practice - Ability to educate patients and families regarding pain management and other care aspects - Commitment to professional development and compliance with organizational policies and procedures
