Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ICU RN to take an assignment in Muncie, Indiana.

This assignment lasts 16.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 22, 2026.

**License and Certification Requirements:** - Licensure: Must be in hand prior to start date (temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted). - Certifications: ACLS, BLS required. **Experience Requirements:** - Previous Charge Experience: 2 years of experience required. - 18 months of experience required, with potential exceptions depending on the unit. - Experience in Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Arterial line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Care of Ventilated Patient, and Ventilator Management. **Education:** - Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation. **Additional Requirements:** - First Time Travelers: Accepted. - Two supervisor references required. - Local residents are generally not accepted for MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, and ER positions, with specific exceptions for certain roles. - Floating: 100% required of all travelers within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby. - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required. - Flu Vaccine: Required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Must be able to interpret and manage dysrhythmias and other critical care skills as listed. - All certifications and licenses must be in hand to submit applications. - Staff-to-patient ratios are 1:2 in an 18 bed open critical care unit, with no ECMO, transplant, or NeuroTrauma/Neurosurgery involved. - Willing to work in a floating role, with assignments requiring flexibility to move into progressive care settings. **Break and Eligibility Policy:** - Any PERM or PRN employee of IU must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler. - Out-of-state residents require a 3-month/90-day break to reset eligibility prior to the traveler's year mark. - In-state residents require a 6-month/180-day break to reset eligibility prior to the traveler's year mark.
