**Required Experience and Skills:** - RN's are required to go through an orientation, which includes a pass/fail exam on skills learned during the orientation. The exam is open book and necessitates a score of 90% or above to pass. Failure to pass the exam will result in termination. - Possession of a driver's license is mandatory for submission as it will be used to verify if the candidate lives outside a 50-mile radius. **Preferred Education and Certifications:** - BSN Required - BLS Certification required **Work Setting:** - Facility: CHI Health Good Samaritan, Kearney, NE (268-bed facility) - Trauma Level: 2 - Care Setting: Acute - Shift: 12 hr nights **Additional Requirements:** - Candidates must not have full-time, part-time, or PRN employment with any facility affiliated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. - Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care. - Compliance with the facility's radius rule and nail policy is mandatory.
