**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - **Previous Charge Experience:** Not specified - **Years of Experience:** Not specified - **Patient Ratio Experience:** 1 - **Charting System Experience:** Required - **Charting System Name:** Cerner - **Community Hospital Experience:** Required - **Travel Experience Required:** Not specified - **Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIHSS **Skills:** - General OR*, Organ donation*, Vein stripping*, CVOR, Hybrid OR, Atherectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Femoral Cannulation, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, Lobe resection, Thoracotomy, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery), Administration of blood & blood products, Cardiac Monitoring, Conscious Sedation monitoring, Infection control, Laser Safety, Radiation Safety, Specimen Handling/labeling, Starting Peripheral IVs, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure, Urinary bladder catheterization, Wound Management, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortocaval fistula repair, Aortoenteric fistula repair, Arteriovenous malformation surgery, Atherectomy, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, TEVAR (Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair), Mediastinoscopy **Charting:** - Cerner experience preferred **License Requirements:** - Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start **Other Requirements:** - Local Radius: 50 miles - Local Rule: not accepted - An on-site drug screen will be conducted and failure will result in a cancellation or assignment.
