Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Tele RN to take an assignment in Salisbury, North Carolina.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 4, 2026.

**Required Skills/Certifications/Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years experience on a challenging and busy unit with similar ratios/acuity. - First-time travelers accepted. - IV Start, Telemetry, pre and post-procedure cardiac patients, cardiac drips, PCI. - Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, and NIHSS. **Preferred Experience:** - High-level cardiac telemetry unit experience preferred. - PCU experience is helpful but not required. - Epic charting system experience preferred. **Skills:** - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown care, Post MI, Sheath Removal. - Manage and titrate vasoactive drips. - Cardiac Telemetry, Dysrhythmias interpretation and management. - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath care, Blood Product Administration. - Central line and peripheral line care/management. - Non-invasive airway management, High Flow Nasal Cannula. **Certifications:** - ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. **Licensure:** - NC or Compact license (pending OK for submission, required in hand at time of start). **Additional Requirements:** - Teamwork approach and adherence to Novant behavioral expectations. - Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty. - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. - No RTO allowed during the first week due to orientation. - Candidates may float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital based on skill sets and census. - Must be comfortable in a fast-paced unit with a high patient turnover. - Required to complete 8-10 hours of non-billable modules for acute care roles pre-start and annually.
