Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Cardio Thoracic ICU RN to take an assignment in Zionsville, Indiana.

**Required Experience, Certifications, and Skills:** - Years of Experience: 1 year required - Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required - Skills: Chart Preparation, Family Care Clinic, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Height/Weight, Interpretation of laboratory results, Medication reconciliation, Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies, Pulse Oximetry, Obtain Vital Signs, Intradermal, Intramuscular, Subcutaneous, Immunizations, Capillary, Labeling of specimens, Throat, Urine - UA/Clean Catch, Venipuncture/Phlebotomy, Blood Glucose via Glucometer, Strep, Urine Dipstick/Urinalysis, Telephone Triage, Follow up phone calls, Imaging results, Medication refills, Patient Teaching - Charting System Experience: Meditech required - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines required with Medical/Religious exemptions only **Preferred Experience:** - 1-2 years of preferred experience, but first-time travelers accepted **Licensure and Other Requirements:** - A valid state license is not required at the time of submission, but the candidate must be willing to obtain it before starting - Travelers agree to obtain all required certifications before starting; pending certifications accepted **Patient Care:** - Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics **Other Details:** - COVID-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine: Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Need to complete up to 8 hours of modules within 1 week of signing for Witham preferred
