**Required Skills & Experience:** - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department. - Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. **Preferred Skills & Experience:** - N/A **Required Education:** - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. **Preferred Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). **Required Certification & Licensure:** - Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. - BLS certification. **Preferred Certification & Licensure:** - N/A **Must Have:** - Cardiac Scrub experience. **Languages:** - English (Read, Write, Speak)
