**Required Experience and Certifications:** - Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Years of Experience: 2+ years **Preferred Experience:** - Preferred Skillset/Experience: Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) **Leadership Experience:** - Supervises: ER Techs, Orderlies, and Ancillary personnel as required. **Clinical Skills and Experience:** - Must Have Skills/Experience: Experience in the Emergency Room (ER) to assess emergency patients and plan, organize, and implement their care. **EMR Experience:** - EMR System: EPIC
