**Required Certifications/Licensures:** - Current BLS certification or become BLS certified within one month of start date - Surgical Technologist certification or 3-5 years of experience supporting complex high acuity surgical volume in lieu of a certification **Required Experience and Skills:** - Cardiac Scrub experience - Must meet or exceed Henry Ford Health customer service responsibilities, standards, and behaviors: Communication, Ownership, Understanding, Motivation, Sensitivity, Excellence, Teamwork, Respect - Must practice customer skills through on-going training and in-services - Must possess personal qualities: Self-directed, flexible, committed to the team concept, demonstrate teamwork, initiative, willingness to learn, open to new learning experiences, accept and respect diversity without judgment, demonstrate customer service values **Preferred Qualifications:** - Graduate of a Surgical Technology Program - Specific knowledge of surgical procedures within the operating room (OR) - Knowledge of surgical procedures, practices, and techniques in providing patient care and assisting surgeons in the OR **Education:** - High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required **Schedule Notes:** - Senior Surgical Technologist - CVOR - Duration: 13 weeks - Interview: Phone or Teams 15 minutes - Block Schedule: Yes - On-Call: Yes (48 hours of call per six-week schedule, must be available 1 weekend per month) **Languages:** - English: Read, Write, Speak
