Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 4, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 2 years of experience required - First-time travelers OK - EPIC experience required - License in hand required with submission - Remote submissions no closer than a 50-mile radius - All RNs required to pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam with two attempts - ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required - Experience with Cardiac Telemetry and Management and Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Experience with Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, and able to Titrate drips - Must have experience with PCU Ratios 1:5 **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience preferred - Charting System Experience preferred (Epic) **Skills:** - Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Titration of Insulin drips - Central line care/management - PICC line management - Heparin Protocols - Cardiac Telemetry - Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias - IV insulin protocols - Blood Product Administration - Peripheral Line Care/Management - Starting and maintaining IVs - Manage Cardiac and Vasoactive drips - Oxygen administration, Non-invasive airway management - Tracheostomy care/management - Isolation Precautions/PPE **Certifications:** - ACLS - BLS - NIHSS **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Education Verification through a third party is required - Compliance requires a FULL compliance file submission by 12 noon EST by the Wednesday prior to start date - Awareness of compliance and no time off that prevents from completing pre-start compliance
