**Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required - First-time travelers are acceptable - Previous charge experience is not specified as required - Charting system experience (EPIC) required - Community Hospital, LTAC, Trauma Level I and II experience preferred **Certifications and Licensure:** - BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS certifications required - License in hand required with submission **Skills:** - Management of dysrhythmias, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), ICP monitoring, Neuro-Trauma, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Ortho trauma, Head injury, Near drowning, Spinal cord injury, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Care of Ventilated Patient, Gunshot wounds, Traumatic amputation, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Triage, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Non-Trauma Emergency Department, STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test **Patient Care and Specialties:** - Special care populations include cancer, sepsis, medical emergencies, and behavioral health - The hospital specialties include a cath lab, women's health, and stroke care - This department cares for all ages **Additional Requirements:** - Pass/Fail EKG exam required for all RNs - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical/religious exemptions only - Local radius restriction of 50 miles; no locals accepted - All travelers are subject to float to any Cone Health campus if needed **Module and Compliance Details:** - Compliance requires a full file by the deadline - Modules are non-billable and completed during orientation
