This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

**Experience Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required. - Previous Charge Experience: Required. - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred. - Solid foundation in medical/surgical nursing required for first-timers. **Clinical Skills and Experience:** - Required Work Setting Experience: MS/Tele, Med/Surg. - Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Telemetry - remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams. - Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure. - Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs. - Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin. - Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-Evac, CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Portable Oxygen tank. - Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac. **Certifications and Licensure:** - BLS certification required. - Active IL RN license required at submission. - No RQI cards accepted, AHA and Red Cross only. **Skills and Qualifications:** - Cerner experience required. - Skills: BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care*, Feeding tube care and management*, Heparin, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Isolation Precautions/PPE, Med/Surg, MS/Tele, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen tanks, PCA*, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy*, PICC line management, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Starting and maintaining IVs, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Kidney Transplant*, Urology/Nephrology*. **Additional Requirements:** - Must have IL license in hand or be in the application process to apply. - Experience with patient ratios of 6. - Floating within scope to other Medical Surgical units is required. - Weekend work is required every other weekend. - No on-call requirement.
