This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

**Requirements and Qualifications for Euclid Hospital Med/Surg Tele RN Position:** 1. **Experience:** - Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. - Must have 18 months permanent MS/Tele experience prior to travel. 2. **Licensure:** - Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at the time of submission. 3. **Certifications:** - AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) required. - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required. - Certifications need to be active with nothing pending. 4. **Experience with Technology:** - Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is required. 5. **References:** - At least one recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Charge RN references are accepted. - Two references are required, they must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. 6. **Testing and Assessments:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. 7. **Health Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. 8. **Drug Screening:** - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. 9. **Other Requirements:** - Facility does not accept any license hits. - Background hits are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case. - Must work at least every other holiday. - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. - Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements as of 9/30/22, but all other travelers must be nicotine free.
