**Job Requirements & Qualifications** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Certifications: BLS - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel. - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. - ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. - For RNFA/CSFA positions only, ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED to qualify for submission and be considered. - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case. - Facility does not accept any license hits. **Additional Compliance Requirements** - Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements until further notice. - All other travelers must be nicotine-free; Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start and updated annually. - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date. **Submittal Details** - Travelers may be submitted for one job at a time within the Cleveland Clinic Health System. - Locals accepted at the same Bill Rate (BR). - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; acceptable score required. - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
