Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Med surg RN to take an assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 4, 2026.

**Experience Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience required - 18 months of experience required; please refer to job description for any exceptions depending on the unit - Level 1 Trauma experience preferred - Previous charge experience not mentioned - Charting System Experience preferred; charting system used is Cerner **Certification Requirements:** - BCLS certification required **Licensure Requirements:** - Must have license in hand prior to start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable upon submission of permanent license applications **Skills/Specific Knowledge Requirements:** - Blood Product Administration - Central line blood draw - Feeding tube care and management - Insulin - Isolation Precautions/PPE - Med/Surg - Nasal Cannula - Non-invasive airway management - PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia) - Peripheral Line Care/Management - Peripheral nerve block catheters - Pre/Post neurosurgery - Surgical drains - Wound Care/Wound Vac - Epidural pain control - Special Skills required: NG tube insertions, epidurals, PCAs, wound care, dressings, central line management, Foley care/management **Travel and Operational Requirements:** - First time travelers accepted - Local travelers not accepted for MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, and ER positions - Floating is 100% required for all travelers; candidates will float within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals **Educational Requirements:** - Travelers must have graduated from a university accredited by the ACEN or CCNE **Other Requirements:** - COVID vaccine is required for all travelers at IU Health campuses (medical or religious exemptions accepted with a doctor's note) - Two supervisor references required - Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays - Breaks required for current or past IU travelers with specific guidelines for out-of-state and in-state residents
