The job description includes several requirements related to credentials, certifications, licenses, and professional documentation. These include: - License/Certificate Verification is required. - Various personal health history checks and vaccinations, such as a Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and a Physical/Health Statement, are required for onboarding. - Professional forms and checks needed for onboarding include Trinity Code of Conduct Form, I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non-Employee Upload Form, Professional Profile, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training, Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, IA Sing Report, Joint Commission Testing, OFAC, NSO, and System Access Form. - Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist are necessary for onboarding. All conditions marked "For Onboard: True" indicate requirements essential for successfully joining the organization.
