The job description outlines specific requirements for a position in a Renal/Diabetic Unit with a patient ratio of 1:6-8 across 23 beds. The credentials required include: - Licenses: Nursys and License/Certificate Verification are necessary for submission. - Professional documentation like a driver's license/state ID, Ascension profile, two professional references, and Ascension education verification. - Testing/Checklist requirements such as the Ascension Pharmacology Exam, Medical Surgical Exam, Core Competencies, EKG Exam, and a unit-specific checklist (optional for onboarding). - Personal health history documentation requirements: MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen for onboarding. - Professional requirements: Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, Ascension Education Verification, Ascension Confirmation of Assignment, Ascension Employment Verification for onboarding. - The Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation and Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding are also required. - Optional documents for onboarding include Positive PPD-Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire, Ascension Name Change Document, and Hiring Manager Evaluation. - Certifications: Nursys and License/Certificate Verification are listed under certifications.
