Based on the information, the requirements and preferences for the position include: 1. **Certifications Required**: - BLS (Basic Life Support) - RN Certification 2. **Experience Required**: - Critical Care experience - EPIC system experience - Travel experience 3. **Shift Details**: - Work hours: 0700-1600, Monday through Friday (M-F) - On-call requirement: 1-2 call shifts during weekdays and 1 weekend call every 3rd weekend - Holiday requirement: 2 holidays per contract 4. **Additional Requirements**: - May need to float onsite within skillset or to sites within 40 miles if needed 5. **Credentials and Licensure**: - Nursys verification - License/Certificate verification - Driver's License/State ID required for submission 6. **Professional and Health History Documentation**: - Personal Health History, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, etc., required for onboarding - Specific professional references, background checks, and other Ascension-related onboarding documents required 7. **Testing/Screening**: - Ascension Skills Checklist - Ascension EKG Exam - Ascension Core Competencies - Ascension Epic Test-Out These components form the core requirements and preferences for the job position.
