Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a MS/Tele RN to take an assignment in Reidsville, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

**Experience Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required. - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified. - Patient Ratio Experience: 5/6. - Charting System Experience: Preferred (Epic). - Community Hospital Experience: Preferred. **Travel Experience:** - First-time travelers are acceptable. **Certifications:** - BLS required. - ACLS and NIHSS preferred. **Skills Required:** - MS Tele and Tele experience required. - Skills in accessing/managing ports, blood product administration, chest tubes, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, nasal cannula, peripheral line care/management, PICC line management, pre/post hemodialysis management, starting and maintaining IVs, telemetry (on the unit monitoring and remote monitoring), and use of rapid response/code teams. **Patient Diagnoses Managed:** - Acute/chronic respiratory illness, post-op general and GYN surgery, post-op total knee and hip replacements, orthopedics, acute and chronic pain, active GI bleeding, CHF/pulmonary edema, diabetes (hyper and hypoglycemic conditions), renal failure, drug overdose, patients with a CIWA score below 7, suicidal, arrhythmia, radioactive therapy, uncontrolled or new onset of seizures, stable COVID patients. **Licensure:** - License in hand required with submission. **Education:** - Education verification through a third party is required. - Facility will not accept education from schools listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list. **Technical Requirements:** - EPIC experience REQUIRED. **Testing:** - All RNs are required to pass an EKG exam during compliance. Candidates have 2 attempts at a Pass/Fail requirement. Study material is not provided. **Vaccine Requirements:** - COVID-19 vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions only.
