Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Neuro RN to take an assignment in Omaha, Nebraska.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

Job Details:

**Experience and Skills:** - Prefer travel experience but will consider strong candidates without. - Must have good attendance, be a team player, friendly, compassionate, and prioritize patient care. - Some tele awareness is required. **Leadership Experience:** - Charge nurse is present on each shift and takes an assignment. **Clinical Experience:** - Experience with Med/Surg tele patients, including strokes and stable neurological deficits. - Ability to manage MedSurg/Tele common diagnoses: joint replacements, fractures, colon resections, COPD exacerbation, prostatectomy, cellulitis, sepsis, ortho trauma, GI bleeds, pneumonia, failure to thrive. - Ability to titrate heparin, lidocaine, and ketamine drips. - Comfortable using PCA pumps. **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) and NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) required. **Licensure and Background:** - No license or background hits. **Driving License:** - Required at submittal to verify candidate is outside the 50-mile radius rule. **Scrub/Dress Code:** - RNs are required to wear Navy Blue scrubs. **Additional Requirements:** - Must pass a pass/fail open book exam on skills learned during orientation with a score of 90% or higher. - No artificial nails allowed in departments providing patient care. - Floating to other med-surg areas or units required.
