**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Experience working with adult to geriatric patient populations. - Experience with a patient ratio of 1:6 is necessary. - Required skills include accessing/managing ports, administration of blood and blood products, administration of chemotherapy, body fluid handling post-chemotherapy, care and management of ports, central line/implanted line care, inpatient oncology, monitoring chemotherapy, and practicing neutropenic precautions. - Must have experience with the Epic charting system. - Familiarity with unit systems like Pyxis and SBAR is preferred. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous experience in a charge role is preferred. - Community hospital experience is preferred. **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. - OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification is required. **Licensure:** - A Georgia or compact license must be in hand at the time of submission. **Other Qualifications:** - Strong compliance with regulatory and safety protocols. - Capability to work within varying facilities, including potential floating to nearby locations. - Must adhere to specific holiday working requirements, particularly if major holidays fall within the assignment period. **Compliance and Orientation:** - Complete compliance with all pre-start requirements is mandatory, with a pushback of 2 weeks if non-compliant. - Must submit core compliance items within 48 hours of signing the contract to ensure an on-time start. **Additional Information:** - Navy blue scrub color is required. - 1st-time travelers are accepted, and local applicants will be considered at the same rate.
