- Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted - Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS and NIH - Unit Systems: Epic (Required) - Skills: BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Blood Product Administration, Cardiac Telemetry, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Chest tubes, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin Protocols, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration, Management of dysrhythmias, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, PCA, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Phlebotomy, PICC line management, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, Renal failure, Starting and maintaining IVs, Surgical drains, Telemetry, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Titration of Insulin drips, Tracheostomy care/management, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Wound Care/Wound Vac - HARD STOP - Manager states candidates are misrepresenting the skills below! Candidate must be able to manage the following cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration) - milrinone (Primacor), dobutamine (Dobutrex), Amiodarone, Cardizem, Lidocaine, Bumex, Heparin - GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal - References: TWO supervisory references are HIGHLY preferred at time of submission, some units require two on the profile to review.
